Je T’aime Paris

Traveling to Europe has been a dream of mine ever since I could remember, and this summer, I had the opportunity to finally go. When traveling in Europe, I wanted to visit all of the many tourist attractions without looking like a tourist (or looking lost for that matter). Meaning, no athleisure and sportswear but chic (and most importantly, comfy) flats, a blazer that takes me from day to night and the perfect black mini to style.

Simplified Intentions

It’s no surprise that apart from my general black and white go-to attire, I’m stocked up on the basic essentials. Vintage tee, moto jacket, worn in- denim and the perfect black boots, anyone? As we sift through our closets on the daily while repeatedly saying to ourselves “I have nothing to wear,” we forget that we can make a killer outfit even with pieces on repeat. And as part of my new year resolution: to simplify and destress whenever possible, this keeps to that promise and makes life a whole lot easier.

With all of the craziness that’s going on in my life with my last semester at school, my internship at Nasty Gal, my job at Zara and continuing to pursue music with shows and whatnot, my life often seems like one HUGE blur. Regardless of how much I spread myself, and although very exhausting, it’s been rewarding and quite a thrill! The colors of the vintage top reflect the craziness of my life and the need to find a little piece of serenity in a place like this.
