Silver Lake is home to the once old Bates Motel turned white public art piece called “Projection,” by French artist Vincent Lamouroux; an absolute must-see while in the LA area.

Living on the East Coast brings traveling to many of the iconic states something of a breeze. Hop on a train and you’re at your travel destination within hours. DC was #1 on my list of East Coast destinations and I was in constant awe of the city’s deep history and amazed by its cleanliness. Above are scenes from my memorable visit.
Stay luxuriously cool and comfortable while sightseeing Morocco. Snatch up the most versatile pieces of the season; a carry all bag, a pair of trustworthy Birkenstocks with a sexy one piece to transition into a seductive nightly look.
Don’t forget to keep cool in light blue hued aviators and moroccan inspired accessories to truly embrace the lush wealth of African beauty.
Being an LA native definitely does not mean you’ve explored all that LA has to offer. I mean, how could you really… there’s so much to do! Not too long ago, I made my first trip out to the Griffith Observatory. It started with a morning hike to the Hollywood sign and then sight seeing in the evening from the the heights of the observatory. Overlooking the city in the setting sun was the perfect closure to an eventful day.
Living in this general area my entire life, I always took LA for granted. It wasn’t until this year when I joined the Nasty Gal team and got to enjoy the parties and night life in downtown LA… Let’s just say, I’ve fallen in love with the city. Of course my dream would be to move to NY, but knowing how unrealistic it is with a student/intern bank account, (enough said) I’ve got to stay as close to home as possible. At least for now, as a newly 21 year old, I’ll enjoy the beauty of the city while I can and hope for bigger and better things to come!
I get the pleasure of showing people luxury homes all over SD, but my very favorite place would have to be La Jolla. Among the shore lie million dollar houses with breathtaking views and pristine interior design. The house that I happened to show was a $13.4 million dollar house! Talk about the good life… I brought Alexa along to experience this amazing house with me, after all, how often do you get to step foot into a house like this. We took some pictures of a few of our favorite rooms and parts of the house. Although we didn’t stay long, we couldn’t help but lounge outside and take a quick 5 steps down to the beach! Oh and by the way, this house is still for sale but with some offers on the table. Inquire if interested.
